I recently purchased your Anderson operator #39-094 and 39-095 I thought the 9" arms were the correct length as they were the only anderson straight arm operators on your website. When I took the old operators out the arm is only 8" long. Do you carry that operator or am I going to have to go to And ... (cont.)

I ordered the 39-094 but it is for a right hand opening andersen window, is this one for the left hand open?

I ordered some 39-027E operators which seem to fit in every way except the end of the arm which goes into the track. My original hardware has square fittings on the end. Do you have this hardware or would I be better off changing my tracks to accomodate the 39-027E?

Hello, I have a 23.5x35 inch (roughly) kitchen casement window (Andersen), and the crank handle no longer closes the window.
