39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover

Casement window is aprox 26"w x 44"h left hand open. crank gear will open but not close. Only marking or numbers is a KK on the plastic cover. Please let me know if you need additional information. Thankyou

It won't open up or close.. I have to push it by hand to start it, and get a grip on wood to pull it completely closed

As you can tell from the photos the end of the auger part of the window has broken. I don't have the part numbers but they are Truth hardware pieces. I'm looking to replace 2 broken window cranks. The label on them says Truth 30743L and Truth 30844R.

I have Vetter casement windows from 1998. The corner on 2 of the windows doesn't pull in and close properly. Is that a hardware problem? Are the parts available. Several numbers on the hardware: 20810, 515381A. Thanks
