Please let me know what part number I need to order from Swisco to replace this casement hardware, will probably need to order right and left operating systems, with new crank handles as well .

The window is Milguard from about 1995. The top of the long arm is stamped with "Entry Gard TRUTH" The bottom of the long arm is stamped "30757LH" The shorter angled arm is stamped "30851" The shorter straight arm (attached to the angled arm) is stamped "20312" It looks like the spiral gear on the ... This is an operator for a right-hand window, I need the same type for the left-hand. The only writing I can see on it is "Truth Entry Gaurd". Is this enough information with pics or do I need to completely remove it?

Hi, I believe this is a K&K assembly that has broken.

In replacing the operator I found two of the screw holes don't line exactly (previous operator was a double arm), and for some reason there is a gap in the sill too close to two of the attachment screw holes (see attached pic). The new operator is installed and works but is attached by only 3 of th ... (cont.)

My windows are made by thermal guard they are probably 25 years old I need a couple of the plastic covers that cover the crank handle as per the picture.

Have two casement windows with mechanisms that don't work and need replacing.. See photos. Marking inside handle is U.S. Pat.4,083,264. Can. Pat 1979. Then 45012. Hope you can identify so I can purchase replacements from you.

Please help identify the operator needed for this window. The operator keeps getting stuck on the spline and easily falls off. Seems to operate smoothly, otherwise. Identifying numbers are in photos. 9 1/2" arm. Thanks.
