39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover

Can you tell me what I need to order to replace the entire mechanism? The long bar is 11 6/8 long that goes on the inside of the window that opens.

I need the complete mechanism to replace the one that is not working. The # on the old one is 20755. Also need the handle that fits it. I am sending a picture to make sure I get the right one I also need 2 more handles to replace the ones on the mechanism that have been replaced but old handles do ... (cont.)

Windows hinge on outside at left, so it appears that product number 39-031 are the ones that we need, but please confirm. Long arm measurement on your website is very helpful. Our arms measure 10 3/4" to the screw. Short arm is 4 7/16". We need 2 operators and 5 cranks.

We ordered 4 part # 39-107 in white from you but they're too small. The dimensions of our crank are 5 1/4" in the back and 4 3/4" in the front. The opening in the cover needs to be bigger than that.

Hi, was looking for replacement covers for these, as many of original ones are cracked.

Have 2 casement sash windows with Truth hardware. Operator on Right side is broken and I need replacement plus 3 sash locks. The photo is of the operational side but to show what we need. This is for an older Anderson wood casement window operator. the arm is 9 1/2 inches long. the number on the base is 45047. The number on the arm is 40530. The gears are worn on this on and will no longer crank correctly...Thank you

HI, Our Truth Entry Guard crank covers look to be the 39-107. Is the cover with the 39-107FK the same dimension (5.25 by 1.125)? In other words will it cover the opening in the wood trim.

I am searching for these, I need 4 rights, 4 lefts and 8 new cranks and covers. Can you help me?

I need a replacement for the opening hardware for the window in the attached picture. I have not been able to remove it yet. I'm hoping the pictures will be adequate for ordering the correct parts.Crestline Casement Window Hardware. Left hand open. House built in 1992.

Both the handle needs replaced and the gears in the dual arm operator are stripped. This is a Truth dual arm operator and I see part number 40471 on the metal hardware. So, what can I use to replace this?

We need some replacement cranks for our KK windows. I think the numbers on the crank are 30810 and 6295P. It also has Entry Gard printed on it. I think we need about 5 cranks.

I sent a previous email w/ o pics. Sorry. I ordered 2 39-035 thinking that this would also fit the Picture Window. My goof. The window is 65" tall x 18" wide. Not sure if this is considered left or right opening. # on gear plate is 40471. # on short arm is 20810. Only info on long arm is name "Entry Guard Truth", no #'s. Overall length is 13". Long arm 9". It looks like I can replace the whole crank assembly so if u could get me a part # and price that'd be great. If you need measurements let me know.

I am working on cleaning up the window cranks. We have several that the long screw attached to the crank won't turn to "close" the window or is missing the crank and long screw attachment. It looks like it is "stripped". Can the two parts be bought?
