I have Truth Hardware window operators, which you can see in the five pictures I have uploaded. I ordered replacement operator covers 39-107, but they do not fit. Hello, I'm looking to purchase 2 window cranks. They say ( Thermal Gard ) on the handles. On the cranking gear box it has the name ( Truth ) on it. Hi. I have Caradco windows in my sunroom and one is missing the crank cover and the bottom piece of window framing. The inside of the window is 19.75". I see crank covers on your website but I would also like the trim piece to cover the entire crank assembly.

Would the 39-323 Truth Hardware Contour Cover be the same cover as shown in the attached picture for the window crank of my Carado casement window? I need to replace this cover by June 12th as part of a real estate sale.

I have four of these Thermal gard cranks. The windows have double latches which open simultaneously (if that helps you identify the brand) All of the cranks are in need of replacement for one reason or another. My guess is 25 years old?

The part that holds the crank against the cover also broke on mine. Now when I crank in, the crank comes completely off. Does the ring that is broken hold the crank in or is something stripped on the inside that would hold the crank? Also, from my picture, could you tell me what color of 39-107 I ... (cont.)

Good Morning: Attached please find photographs of a broken window crank. The only identify marks are the numbers on the window hinge and MW on the plastic crank cover. The end of the spiral crank has broken off and I cannot close the window with the crank.
