Hello, I have some casement windows from 1983 and am looking to replace the operator arms, crank handles, and sash lock with a compatible keeper. Swico: We live in a four unit condo. Each unit has a bay window with two casement side portions ? one left opening and one right opening. I have side by side windows that open from the bottom outward. One of the cranks is not functional. It appears that the threads on the male insert are damaged. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Cranks are lost on both windows. No brand info or markings on any window hardware. House built 1997. Original windows. What is correct part to order? Bore measures 3/8 inch.

I have 2 of these cranks that broke and need to repair, unsure which one to order, I don't see a name on the window, possibly Orr can b made out on the arm.. thank you in advance!!

The black plastic part is cracked for another type of Milgard awning window as shown on the attached photo. Do you carry this part?

Sunrise window cranks 3/8 hole in light brown

1. The crank is marked with the name 'Semco'; the bolt and the handle that engages with it are both stripped. My other windows have a smaller space saver crank handle which is 2-1/2" wide. 2. No identifying marks on awning window locks.

I don't know if I have the right terms, but I am looking to replace the crank mechanism and everything except the hinge on a casement window. If they are available in a less corrosive metal like stainless steel, that would be optimal. Thank you.

In the first photo showing a right hand arm, please let me know what the replacement part would be. The following three photos are the left side window. In Image 1820 - you can see the window has become displaced out of the track on the top. In image 1823- the crank arm is disconnected, this arm does not look like the arm used on the other crank out window, it must have been replaced at some point On the lower track, the window is connected but the ... This is a truth operator from the early 90's. I have a handiman who ordered one from Lowes and it didn't work because the two arms did not function independently? As you can see the arms move freely.
