Greetings, The handle in photo works with my window. The hardware and handle both indicate TRUTH. The handle has 42450 21 marked inside. It fits the hardware, although the color isn't quite right (hardware is more brown - not a big deal). Would like to replace with a T-handle style instead as we are ... (cont.)

See last picture. Notice there is a screw on the left side but not on the right? The missing screw on right cannnot secure the crank assembly. It went thru the assembly hole . Not sure if it's part of the bay window or assembly crank. Can you find a replacement part.? What is the cost? ... (cont.)

Looking to replace the dozen or so casement window operators, the color should be a light brown similar to the color of Cedar. The Arm is 13 1/2 inches long. It came from a casement window manufactured by supervision and was manufactured by Truth.

I have Semco windows. The operators (crank machinery) is stripped. I believe the Truth Entry Gurad Dyad (39-035 and 39-036) would work. I need both a left opening and right opening. Do the replacements come with covers and crank handles? What color options are there?

The window is a Kolbe awning. Unit size is 24"x24". The handle opens the window but when attempting to close the window it unwinds itself and comes out of its opening. The hardware on the window appears to be OK. Is it possible to get the handle with the working gear?
