I have Semco windows. The operators (crank machinery) is stripped. I believe the Truth Entry Gurad Dyad (39-035 and 39-036) would work. I need both a left opening and right opening. Do the replacements come with covers and crank handles? What color options are there?

The handle says Truth, Made in USA, and the sticker on the window says TR 4900.

I am looking fo a replacement Truth casement window operator LH & RH for the model in the attached photo. I can't find the model number only the manufacturers name. The window is a Kolbe awning. Unit size is 24"x24". The handle opens the window but when attempting to close the window it unwinds itself and comes out of its opening. The hardware on the window appears to be OK. Is it possible to get the handle with the working gear?

Swico: We live in a four unit condo. Each unit has a bay window with two casement side portions ? one left opening and one right opening. I have side by side windows that open from the bottom outward. One of the cranks is not functional. It appears that the threads on the male insert are damaged. Thanks for any help you can provide.
