need 13 window cracks like the attached and 13 covers (white)

i measured 9 1/2" crank arm and 5" casing on interior

Window is no longer attached to bottom of window arm. Arm number is HG04-2004 It is a Silver Line casement window, with a right opening. Purchased 10/09 Series #7500

I was trying to order two (2) of each. Left side (2) Right side (2). I ordered Item # 39-326 and Item # 39-325. The problem is the stud that connects to the window needs to be facing up. Hello, I am looking for a casement operator. The handle mounts to the left, arm goes to the right. Color of bronze or beige will work.Arm is 13-1/2" long. The arm has number 40052B stamped in it. Thank you

The casement window is 1 foot 6 inches by 4 foot 6 inches. It was installed in June 1996 in upstate N Y (Albany area).
