I need help finding the right track for the new window casement operator OR a new window casement operator that will fit the exciting track. Thanks

I recently purchased the 39-187 to replace my old window crank. I think I should have ordered the 39-089, but there still seems to be a slight difference. The secondary crank arm on mine seems to be shorter than the 39-089. My secondary arm is 3 1/2". Do I need to change to a different stud bracket ... (cont.)

Window is 16" w x 31" h, a small casement. Opens to left. Ring gear on the operator shaft pops out. I drove it in and it stays provided the window is used gently. Hello. New window treatments have us searching for a folding crank to work with our old mechanism. (We can't even figure out how to remove the existing mechanism as there are no exterior set screws and the unit appears built in to the window.) The mechanism still works good. Good day. We are missing a window operator like the one above. The only mark is "Made in USA". the operator is 5.5" and the arm is 7-1/2" from the tip to where the arm angles. We need both left and right operators.

Windows hinge on outside at left, so it appears that product number 39-031 are the ones that we need, but please confirm. Long arm measurement on your website is very helpful. Our arms measure 10 3/4" to the screw. Short arm is 4 7/16". We need 2 operators and 5 cranks.

This is for an older Anderson wood casement window operator. the arm is 9 1/2 inches long. the number on the base is 45047. The number on the arm is 40530. The gears are worn on this on and will no longer crank correctly...Thank you

The crank does not close window. It will open but it skips, when taking the piece out that I'm holding in photos it appears damaged.
