The gear inside turncrank assembly seems to be stripped- it will open the window, but just spins when you try to close This is on series 850 casement window PL 010 004

I need the casing and handle I figured our part number for the mechanism.

30850 on arm,88 on right 35 on left Facing from outside right swing out trow arm 9 1/2crank 3 3 1/4 connector arm 2 7/8 30850 on it

Truth part, number on the operator is 45301, and the number on the arm is 30895A.You can see the arms are rusted, can the be replaced or do I have to replace the entire operator? Thanks for writing in. For your awning operator, take a look at our 39-083. Compare the dimensions listed with your old operator to see if it's a match. If you need a crank handle, see our 39-114L. Thanks for writing in. To start, review our 39-413 & 39-412 operators. Like your old operator, they have an offset in the link arm that goes up. The arms are 9-1/2" long. Go over all the specifications listed and see if you think these are what you're looking for. They are compatible with the 39 ... (cont.)

I was hoping that you might be able to tell me which model would be the correct replacement for my casement window. It looks like the word "Wright" written in script is stamped on one of the hinge arms. Also, the number 7108 stamped on the underside of the white housing.Thanks.Kevin ... (cont.)

Hi there, you'll need to compare the dimensions of the 39-083 to what you have now. If you're still not sure, just send us a photo of yours and we'll be happy to weigh in.

Operator cover has a notation "Truth" on the inside. Crank has the numbers 15 45054 on the insde.

Thanks for posting. If your crank handle has a spline size of 11/32", then either our 39-114L or 39-205 could work for you. If you need to replace the entire operator, we will need to see it removed from the window, with link arm(s) in full view.
