Just purchased a 1963 house in Eugene, OR and it has most of the old wooden casement windows. The wood is in good shape and the mechanisms are intact but many of the cranks are stripped. The brand looks like Truth. The part number stamped on top is 30744. If you have the hinges then I'm probably going to want to replace the the seals and the crank as well.

I purchased part 39-315 however, it is not fitting. The distance between my installations holes is 3 1/4"......also, the arm is slightly longer that the one I've purchase, the length of my arm is 5 1/4" Have I purchased the correct part?
