The images are of a 1993 Metal Industries doors and windows operator. There are two screws on each side of the operator. The screw heads are outside and hold the unit to the frame. Thanks for writing. Start by looking at our 39-015 Roto Gear Window Crank. Look over the dimensions listed in the pictures on the product page, compare them with your operator, and let us know if they match. For a new handle, see our 39-114L.

The name Truth is stamped on the arms. Numbers 30905 and 40351. Operating piece also stamped Truth. Number 45035. The house was built in 1991.

If you were standing on the inside of the window and pushed it open. It would swing to the right. I don't have a picture to reference.4 1/2" main arm and Spilt arm is 3 1/2" from Center of Rivet and Rivet connector
