Hi I am looking for a casement surface mount operator with a small disk that attaches to the window rail. It looks like its metal. The ones locally have a large nylon disk. I can not find any name on the windows anywhere.

I have a 13 1/2 in operator to replace. Your 39-399 looks close. The one I have is surface mounted and mounted with two machine screws to the frame. Does this operator have the two threaded holes for the frame mounting? Also. What are the hole spacing dimensions? There is no diagram with the measure ... (cont.)

I am looking for 6, 2" extensions, and four 2" crank handles. With screws for mounting the two to the window crank. I gave you the measurements.
