looking for this hardware in dark bronze. can you help?

I have a failed part & need advice on where I can find a replacement. The awning style window does not have any identifying manufacturer marks but the handle is marked 45054. The worm gear has disengaged from the operator. Thanks!

39-114L is a standard handle that will work and the 39-205, folding handle, will work.

I need a snap-on crank, NO set screw. Gear spline diameter is either 3/8 or 11/32, not sure which.Color is white. Don't know the window brand.Prefer folding crank.
