Hi, I need to find replacement parts for two vinyl crank style windows. I need a replacement crank handle and two locking mechanisms. I believe the manufacture is Empire Windows (Now Cascade Windows?). I attached an overall picture and a close up of the sticker. Thanks!

Swisco Company Attached are pictures and measurements of the casement window operators we want to replace. What is the order part number for both left and right units. I need to replace several casement window operators. They are from a house built in the last 60's. The crank handles have Malta on them. Otherwise, there are no distinguishing marks on the window frames or cranks. The bottom of the cranks have a LH or RH depending on whether they are left or rig ... (cont.)

I have 30 year old casement windows and have replaced all the operators with new truth hardware from you all. Now 9 months later the cranks are slipping again and the circular screw that engages the crank is backing out of the window. Will a new crank help that?

I am needing 2 replacement cranks for my windows. They have the name Weather Shield on them and the number 45199 underneath them. They are white.

What handle fits 39-066 the description does not tell the gear size and only a few handles have a gear bore size in their descriptions.

The cover is 5" long, 1" high and .75" deep. Window is a Marvin Casement window. Thanks for the help
