Numbers 6603 on part from rail on window sill to under window. # 31850 from crank mechanism to bracket attaching to window. TRUTH symbol on pieces. Sorry I can only show you the part as installed and as broken since otherwise I would have to dismantle the window. I don't know the brand of the window, but the metal does say "Truth" and 30905 on it. The townhome was built in 1995 so the window is probably that old This "Truth" metal is not conn ... (cont.)

Hi I order 8 39-187 white Sash Dyad Crank 5” and 8 39-188 Sash Dyad Crank 5” on Sept 24, 2024. The handyman never came to install them I tried myself. What I discover is 1st the outer most bracket seems to be a 1/2 inch too long. Also I noticed that the Swisscom product I order comes out ... (cont.)

Looking for a replacement

The cast is Truth 45002. The arms are11" in length and extend to 24". The distance between the outside scre holes is 4.5"

i have a left hand crank out casement. 22 13/16W x 69 1/2 High. i need the top and bottom hardware kit for the window. the crank out assembly included. Need new channels top and bottom as well. I have the screws to install. Uploaded three pictures of the style. It only says Wright on the extension a ... (cont.)

The operators I need resemble both the 39-318 and the 39-171 but the lengths of the individual arms are not identical. Please check the compatibility. Thanks, David
