Please let me know what part number I need to order from Swisco to replace this casement hardware, will probably need to order right and left operating systems, with new crank handles as well .

Need to replace Five operators. House is sold buyer won't close until windows are fixed.

Internal crank mechanism threads are stripped out of the hosing. Looks like I would need the whole unit with the arms I assume. Is there a replacement for this part? Arms straight out are 16-1/2" long.

Casement window bottom lever jams on opening. I can see the roller for bottom sliding bracket (3 screws) is missing. Looking to replace the entire mechanical lever. Would like to keep current crank.

The window opens without a problem by pushing the glass, but the crank is no longer attached. See the photos; the photo with the metal cover over the mechanism is from another window by the same manufacturer. I believe the manufacturer was Weather Shield. What part do we need? The window is Milguard from about 1995. The top of the long arm is stamped with "Entry Gard TRUTH" The bottom of the long arm is stamped "30757LH" The shorter angled arm is stamped "30851" The shorter straight arm (attached to the angled arm) is stamped "20312" It looks like the spiral gear on the ... I think it is a Milgard product, the gear teeth cannot engage, it may be worn out.

Request assistance with identifying the correct casement window closure hardware in the photos.
