I need to order new spiral balances for my home windows but I am concerned that the sash clips are damaged to the extent of being unable to last many more years. I couldn't identify my clips from the reference samples provided on the website, can you identify these for me?

Trying to identify the part. the lock is broken. the measurement is about 1"1/4 of width, about 2" long and 1/2" depth. I have posted two pictures, the first one is broken and the second one shown the unbroken one as reference. thanks for you help Bill

We have a vinyl replacement window (over 15 years old) where both the top and bottom sashes do not stay up in place (they drop down). Can you help me with Identifying and ordering a replacement part? I have not been able to ID any part numbers, but I have an included a photo of the broken part. The middle section of the plastic part has broken and the metal part will not longer stay secure in the plastic part.

Hello - the balance and spring assembly still works. A cheap plastic piece where the window inserts and pivots at the bottom of the spring assembly cracked and needs to be replaced. I'm looking for a pivot bar similar to your 26-040 but with two screw holes instead of one. It's a 3" long bar with the holes at 1" and 2". I don't see it on the website, but maybe I missed it. This will be used with the 15-046 shoe. Thanks.
