My shoe has these exact dimensions, but the metal plate in the top of the show that holds the balance looks different. Will this 15-046 work?

I have sized my current (broken) pivot shoes to match the above pivot shoe (15-046), although the style is very different. My question is will these shoes fit most windows? Are the notched openings in the bottom a standard size?

Window issue

Replacing the old spiral balances in my windows, but got the wrong size pivot shoe. I got the S900-29 and the 15-045 pivot shoe to go with it, but the shoe is too small for the track. 31" red tip spiral balance for non tilt windows

Hi, none of the 6 double hung vinyl windows in the house I just bought will stay open. The spiral is the same for all of them. 31" long, red tip, looks like the s400.
