15-046 Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick

I am looking for the correct lock shoes for my American Craftsman series 8500 double hung windows. The shoe is basically 2 inches from top to bottom, 11/4 inches from side to side and roughly 17/32 inches from front to back.

What pivot shoe is this?

The rod measures 26 3/4,but if you can identify all the parts it would be appreciated.

Do you stock the lock shoe pictured?

35" long 5/8 wide balance, the twist mechanism and the pivot bar . Could you recommend the proper parts could not remove the parts because I need the windows in place and if the parts break it won't fit back in

This piece is 1/2in x 1 1/4in x 2 1/8 in. The 2 1/8 in seems longer than the 1/2 in pivot shoe that looks like this one. Will it work or is there another option thwt I am not seeing?
