Hello, I recently ordered replacement 770 channel balances. Now I need to replace several shoes. The 2 shown are not an axact match - Hopefully upgrades. Can you please identify the part # I need?Thank you!

Replacing the old spiral balances in my windows, but got the wrong size pivot shoe. I got the S900-29 and the 15-045 pivot shoe to go with it, but the shoe is too small for the track. Hi, none of the 6 double hung vinyl windows in the house I just bought will stay open. The spiral is the same for all of them. 31" long, red tip, looks like the s400. In a few of the windows that I managed to force up, the red tip was shattered. There's grease everywhere. The windows are marked 198 ... (cont.)

I am looking for the correct lock shoes for my American Craftsman series 8500 double hung windows. The shoe is basically 2 inches from top to bottom, 11/4 inches from side to side and roughly 17/32 inches from front to back.

What pivot shoe is this?

Do you stock the lock shoe pictured?

35" long 5/8 wide balance, the twist mechanism and the pivot bar . Could you recommend the proper parts could not remove the parts because I need the windows in place and if the parts break it won't fit back in

This piece is 1/2in x 1 1/4in x 2 1/8 in. The 2 1/8 in seems longer than the 1/2 in pivot shoe that looks like this one. Will it work or is there another option thwt I am not seeing?
