I need several pivot shoes for my Great Lakes windows. Your 15-015 pivot shoe has the correct dimensions, however, the pivot shoes in my windows have a brake so that the window will not move when tilted. I would like to get a pivot shoe that has a brake. The hook on the tilt shoe that holds down the spring loaded balancer has broken on multiple windows in our home. Once it snaps, it shoots the balancer straight through the window casing. Windows have spiral balances and plastic shoes. Some shoes seem to be broken and will not hold the balance in place. The flat end of the balance has two raised bumps that seem to fit above and below the shoe probably to keep the balance from moving vertically once seated in the shoe. windows were in ... (cont.)

My Windows will not stay up and the screws on the very bottom (underneath) touching the bottom frame of the window are rusted. Please see 5 attached pictures. I would like to replace the these parts. The pivot shoe seems to be product code 15-015. The pivot bar on the bottom of the window matches with product code 26-040. The spring has the numbers 433 etched on it. Does that number give you the info needed for the co ... (cont.)

Please advise the correct balancer for my application. The shoe is 2"h x 1.25w x .5d. The metal channel is 32" long, .5" square and not ribbed. It is stamped with 31HD, BS1, and what looks like LG. I believe the shoe to be a 15-046, but I wasn't able to id the balancer. Regards, Kevin ... (cont.)

Greetings. I need to order the replacement bar that goes from the window to the pivot shoe, at the bottom of the window. That snapped off, and now everything is free-falling.
