Hi I need a quote on your series 765 balance for a 41" length and the window weighs approx. 42# quantity is 6 balances I also need items 15-046 and 26040, corresponding items quantity 6 of each thank you Sue

What length balance would be needed for a double hung window that has a 25" vertical travel?

Can you help me with Identifying and ordering a replacement part? I have not been able to ID any part numbers, but I have an included a photo of the broken part. The middle section of the plastic part has broken and the metal part will not longer stay secure in the plastic part.

Hello - the balance and spring assembly still works. A cheap plastic piece where the window inserts and pivots at the bottom of the spring assembly cracked and needs to be replaced. I'm looking for a pivot bar similar to your 26-040 but with two screw holes instead of one. It's a 3" long bar with the holes at 1" and 2". I don't see it on the website, but maybe I missed it. This will be used with the 15-046 shoe. Thanks.

Need to identify pivot shoe for vinyl window. No markings on window for a manufacturer. String with spring balance. Dimensions are 1-3/8 wide by 2" tall by 1/2" deep.

Hello....trying to purchase 8 of these Pivot shoes. See image for part and window information.

My Pivot shoes look like these but have screws in them look like they are holding Spiral in. Do I just remove and put in new shoes? Also the round part of the shoe that holds the window pulled out when I removed the window. Do I need new shoes or can I get it back in the shoe. I have tried but ... (cont.)
