No identification names or numbers . Larger pic is window crank part and smaller pic is window lock

I have Hayfield windows that have the Truth 40068 operator and I am looking for new covers for the operator. A white operator Product Code: 39-138 looks to be a replacement operator but the screws are visible and there is a gap around the operator when inserted. Is there a cap for this operator or ... My casement window handles were stripped and did not work. Handyman bought new crank handle from Home Depot, and it almost immediately stripped as well (white one in picture.
