39-140 Dual Arm Crank, 16"

need help identifying the parts needed to replace what appears to be an issue w/ the crank. please refer to IMG_3048 for a picture of the broken part. please refer to IMG_3044 for a picture of a like window in my home that is operational.

Need crank to open window or will replace entire hardware if necessary window is 46x38 tall. The opening mechanism does work. The handle is metal and has a set screw. The hardware inside the window is 6 inches long. Thanks

Hi there: Weathershield awning operator with stripped gear - Truth brand. It looks like your 39-143 would work as a replacement but W/S has a unique color which looks to be "Champagne" color. i have 4 awning windows...all different sizes, and I dont know who manufactured them. all but 1 are stripped and can only be opened and closed by hand. they look like the one in your video demo. how do I measure for the right size replacements?

Hi, When I turn to the right to close window the inner spindle and top nut pops out and unscrews itself. It does not come entirely out but I can screw it back in and put nut back on. It does not stay put when I turn to right to close. It will work turning left to open window. I've tried hammer ... (cont.)

Looking for a truth 45002 replacement or equivalent. I have attached the photos for the operator I need. If this one is not available, possibly another one that would be equivalent.

Hi Swisco- I am trying to find replacements for the sill-mounted single arm awning window operators on my house built in 1951. The track mounts on the inside face of the sash. Do you have such a thing? Thanks much- Scott

Inner assembly (where handle connects to) came out when turning the handle to close the window. In trying to re-insert turning gear the threaded brass insert (see photo) will not engage. Either the threads on the brass insert are worn down (I'm hoping this is it)or the threads inside the casing ho ... (cont.)
