This is for a bathroom window that raise up and lowers down. All metal us patent 4505601 Part no? 45142 on base, 30895a on brass arms 40510 and 40511 onbrass arms closest to mechanism

Can you please help identify what replacement part I need to order for this? The window is approximately 20.5" across. When I turn the handle it does not open or close the window, so I believe the piece must be stripped. Thank you!

I have these crank handle windows where the crank mechanism is broken as the collar for the crank (pic 8) does not hold in position as the thread looks damaged. I need a replacement awning operator. Casting number is 45142, and according to my customer the measurements from the mounting base to the fully extended arms is 12 3/4". I believe he means from where the arms reach through the PVC window.

I have two broken operators on a large casement window. The left and right windows are identical, both crank from the middle and open up awning-style. The color of the crank is bronze I believe. I SENT AN EMAIL WITH THE SAME INFO TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. THEN i SAW THIS SO YOU MAY GET DUPLICATE QUESTIONS. THE THREADS THAT HOLD THE BUSHING WHERE THE HANDLE GOES IN ARE STIPPED. STRIPPED ON THE CASING NOT THE BUSHING, MAYBE THE BUSHING IS WORN TOO.

Not sure what the make/model of the window is, however we lost the hardware that sits in the window groove thats connected to the crank handle. Normal crank at Home Depot works for other windows that have this hardware. A couple of windows are missing this hardware. Please help. Kumar ... (cont.)

Handle has a part #45012. The locking screw threads are stripped. Also, how do you get the mechanism out of the window frame, as I don't see any screws from either side.

Hello, I've got some cranks 39-140 mod. that need a new coat of paint on the retractable arms,like your item photos ( silver - grayish ). Is there a way to get a color name or a can of spray paint to bring these back to factory shape? Thanx : ]

One photo shows the window from the outside, One photo shows the crank mechanism. It appears that the inside shaft of the crank is stripped and maybe even split into two pieces.
