Hi, I need to purchase some replacement parts for my 2 older model Weather Shield awning style windows. I need new cranks and the part the crank screws into. The elbow part of the mechanism is fine. I'm uploading some photos for identification. Thank you!

This is a Truth. Body #45206, inside arms say #40510 and 40511, and outside arms both say 30895A. Do you have this part?

Crank don't work window don't pull shut

Hi! Desperate to replace the crank on awning window(s) and prefer to not use them at all....remodeling now and contractor wants a low profile closure...will never open these windows up. Help...any ideas?

30 year old vinyl windows

Hi, I'm looking to replace this part. It does not open the window without a little push with the hand. It will open and close partially after manually pushed. Thanks.

The window would not open nor close. Removing the mechanism revealed the threads were stripped and the auger type screw has a fracture on the end.

I believe that the inner workings of the crank are stripped. Do you have replacement parts or do I need to replace the entire mechanism (if so, can you provide)? Thank you.

The interior cranking mechanism shown in the photo does not crank the casement window all the way back in. There are two arms that are attached to the window that this crank extends and retracts but the interior part appears to be worn out or broken. I have six windows that need this same repair. ... Home was built in 1994/95 with all caradco windows. The pictured window is a bathroom window that kicks out.
