Brass, threaded insert to Caradco casement window operator is stripped?
Inner assembly (where handle connects to) came out when turning the handle to close the window. In trying to re-insert turning gear the threaded brass insert (see photo) will not engage. Either the threads on the brass insert are worn down (I'm hoping this is it)or the threads inside the casing ho ... (cont.)

THe handle that you turn was overturned
THe handle that you turn was overturned and twisted the innards right off themselves and detached. The white handle can be easily pulled off. I think the whole unit needs replacing but I'm not sure. I am hoping that your outfit might carry the replacement part and if so, how much and will you ... (cont.)

replacement casement window crank
The windows were here when we purchased the house. We cannot find branding anywhere on the windows. The metal circular piece inside of the crank broke. It is no longer operational. Crank want catch to retract/close window
Hello, I am trying to locate the problem which is preventing me to be able to close my window.
