39-143 12" Awning Operator, Single Pull

Good pmSeems like the center 'cartridge' like piece in these units is shot. Just twirls around without moving the window open or closed. Do i need to replace the whole crank? If so, would like to order one of each type.Thank youJon

I need to replace what appears to be an awning style part not 39-037 whole window parts including the screw out/in mechanism with a center drive. the armatures are approximately 6" long for each of the scissor parts. The part listed above is for a 13 1/8" so it may not be the correct replacement num ... (cont.)

We have 3 casement windows on which the cranks have all broken. I've attached pictures here (all 3 are identical). The mechanism on the windows themselves still work, but the cranks themselves are not working because the stem seems to have come apart from the base (I'm not sure if I'm using the ter ... (cont.)

I have a Truth 40078 dual arm with a crank that is labeled 1(possibly I)2 45054. The operator has broken on the inside, so I believe my only option is to replace. I have a couple of items in my cart, that look close, but I was wondering if you had any suggestions.

My bathroom window has a dual arm window crank, made by TRUTH, that is not functioning (opening or closing). After failed attempts with jb weld..time to ask the folks who know if this hole thing can be replaced or with one that will fit. Sorry there is no numbers on it.
