I need to replace a broken crank. 1361318 is stamped on the 4.5" arm. An R (for right?) is stamped on the arm under the number. Carefully match up the operator you are replacing to the pictured 39-147 right hand or the 39-146 left hand. If you still have trouble figuring it out please feel free to send us a photo of the operator.

My Andersen window will not open. If you give the window a little push from closed position it seems to work fine.

Is your handing on casement operators 39-146 & 39-147 as looking at the window from the outside? In other words looking at the window from outside a LH would hinge on the left side and a RH on the right side. Do the crank operators come with screws? Thanks, Bruce
