Hello i have a Anderson casement window . It will work going out but not in. The plastic plate is cracked. Do I need to replace just the plate to make it work or the whole thing? Also do you have the replacement part? Thank you Jared

Hi, there is nothing to identify the window that is legible that this crank is attached to. After the window was open the crank did nothing to help close it. The wind shut the window. Hello. We just purchased a 1945 farmhouse in western North Carolina and the bathroom window is missing some of the crank mechanism. I haven't taken it off yet out of fear we can't get it back on, but I'm happy to if it helps figure out what is needed. Thanks!

Hi folks, are you able to help identify which hinge is needed? Andersons' site has a bunch of different ones... although i have a measurement of one part of the arm...I think the main part is 10" (if I remember what I measured)
