Hello. We have a customer with a late 1980s/early 1990s Kolbe & Kolbe double casement window unit that is in need of a new operator and some locking mechanism parts. I need to replace my casement operator on my Marvin window. I installed the window almost 30 years ago and I believe the operator is stripped. It works one way but just unscrews the other. Let me know if part #39-031 will work. Thanks, Sean

Need of the bottom weather strip on a Pella pro line casement window

I need to replace the wood window crank 9 in opening to the right with a roller tip. Entrygard truth on the arm. Bilt best on the crank cover. I need to replace the hinges for another window opening to the left.

Hello - I have about five windows that all use this same crank, and three of the cranks have broken! The handle says Marvin. It's hard to be sure exactly about the measurements of the spline, but it is roughly 5/8" of an inch, maybe a tiny bit less. Thanks for any help you can provide! ... (cont.)

base of unit (2"x 5") carries number 45179 arm in two segments is labeled with an "L" and the number 31538. Underside of base has US Patent # 4,2421,541 date 1982 The spiral mechanism that turns toothed gear no longer stays in place.
