We have a window with a stripped crank that won't open with turning. The metal extension rod is labeled "Entry Gard TRUTH'. With the number 20610. Need to replace a number of KK window mechanisms in 35 year old log home in Wisconsin. Most come off track and cannot be closed for inside house. Operator shaft piece isn't able to close the window. It can pick up the gears to open the window but just rotates on closing. It looks a little striped. Is there anyway I can just replace the shaft piece? The screws attaching the dual arms to the window look almost impossible to reach unless the who ... (cont.)

This is the type of crank on all our windows. We just moved in, and want to possibly install plantation shutters. The crank handles seem too long for this, and probably also too long for many types of blinds. Are smaller crank handles available to replace these? Thank you. Stuard Young ... (cont.)

The drive screw is no longer properly retained in the operator mechanism and pushes out when closing the window. I may only need a retainer clop of some sort, but it may be simpler to replace the entire operator. An exploded parts view would be very helpful.

Do these have an adjustment nut ? and do you sell the wrench so they cant be adjusted (the windows rub/sag and need small re-lignment needed.OR 2. Hello, I'd appreciate your help in identifying a broken window operator mechanism. It's a Truth Hardware piece. The long arm is 9.44" long and the short hand with the joint is 8" long. I'd appreciate it if you sent me a link to purchase a compatible window operator. Thanks, Lee
