39-155 Caradco Window Crank, 9-1/2"

My window has the 9-1/2 Window Crank. The arm often slips out of the track which I then manually pop back in. Any recommendatations on how to fix this? Much appreciated. Sue

I need to replace operator mechanism on a window built by bestbilt around 20 years ago. These windiows were sold by harvey industries and they referred me to you. I can send you a picture of the operator mechanism if that would help.

I see there is a right sided window crank but is there a left one also? I have one replacement but need 4 more. 2 rights and 2 lefts. The one I have has an "L" on it. Does this mean "left"? Is it possible to purchase only the plastic roller and rivet on the window crank arm? I have numerous casement windows I can't open beyond the removal area in the track or when closing the roller comes out of the track and I have to remove the screen or go outside to close the window. My house was built in 1983 with Caradco casement windows. the number i found on the crank is : 15 45054 which is on the underside of the crank; i believe i have the "long handle" in the clay color, but i do not see this style number anywhere on your website. please confirm this is the correct number ...
