Hi, I am looking to replace the hardware on all the windows of our home. HTL is the only identifing info on the hardware I've been able to find. Windows were installed in 70's I believe. Please let us know if you have any products that can be used to replace these units.

I don't know if I have the right terms, but I am looking to replace the crank mechanism and everything except the hinge on a casement window. If they are available in a less corrosive metal like stainless steel, that would be optimal. Thank you.

We just purchased a home that was built in 2004 and some of the windows are difficult to open and close. I need to replace my casement operator on my Marvin window. I installed the window almost 30 years ago and I believe the operator is stripped. It works one way but just unscrews the other. Let me know if part #39-031 will work. Thanks, Sean
