Hello,The cylinder broke off of my Nuprime window hardware and I'm hoping to find a suitable replacement. The base plate is 2-1/8" x 4-7/8" and the arm lengths are 3-1/2" and 8". The color is beige. Can you provide me a suitable replacement for this?Thanks,Jed

These are photos of a working assembly. I have several assemblies that are rusted which causes the window to deform out of square when open and close incompletely. The lower post/hinge of one is rusted through. Thank you Mike

Window will let out but want retract. Handle just turns out of the crank.

This is Truth hardware for Marvin casement window. As shown in the pic, I need the cog that goes in the opening and then the crank handle fits on that.

How do I measure the size and brand of operator so I can order new ones? They say "EntryGuard" by Truth.

I need a replacement operator for a Semco casement window. The brand name "Truth" appears twice on the mechanism, along with a capital "L" and the number 31538. I hope you can identify the needed replacement part from this information.

Hello I believe that this is the entry guard operator, but not entirely sure, the arm is roughly 9" however I measured to the sill so the 10 3/4" to the center could be correct. please let me know,

entry guard truth hardware, some numbers show in the photos, the assembly is broken and the windows don't crank out. I believe they are either 39-155/156 or 39-333/334 but I cant tell which, I need 4 lefts and 2 rights. Thanks

I need to replace the geared part of my window operator. It has "truth" stamped on it. The brass portion that holds crank handle has deteriorated and no longer keeps the handle in place. I have included two pictures. Thanks, Milton
