The gears are not operating correctly and the window will not open without being pushed by hand

Hi there. I am unsure of the brand of windows but here is a pick of the hinges. I need 2 sets. Maybe that helps. I originally thought they were Pella, but now thinking they are marvin? Thank you!

Hi, My order # (above) is in the process of returning. I ordered 39-175, 39-176 and upon opening the package I discovered the arm attached to the gear was too long.

Good morning, Left hand window crank mechanism needed. The teeth broke off of the base of the "swing arm". Enclosed is a pic of a similar window, as well as the part I removed. Only identifying markings was the # stamped in the 1st pic.ThanksSean

I determined that I need pella product number 39-397 but can't determine if it's right or left?

I would like to replace the hardware in this wood casement. The crank doesn't work and I have to manually push the window out to open. I am looking for a left opening crank casement and a matching right crank casement.

We just moved into a new home with Pella casement windows from the 1990s.The roto operator has a finger and a catch that are worn out and the windows don't close well when almost closed - because the finger slips off the catch.
