It looks like I need a part similar to The 39 - 097. The broken hardware has a window attachment section that is as long as the arm and this differs from what I see online. I believe these are Pella Windows circa 1985. Can you confirm this is what I'm looking for?

I have a double-pane Pella casement window the operators of both of which broke. I contacted you earlier this year, and following your help, I purchased first the left-landed operator early in May. I need to replace the operator (12") on one of my windows as it has a broken shank that I cannot attach a crank to. For now I am using a screwdriver. Also need 3 replacement crank handles.
