Hello, I have several 20 year old Simonton windows whose cranks have rusted out and/or screws no longer work. Do you also have the replacement part that attaches to the bottom of the window? I have a customer who needs a right hand and left hand window operator for the old M & W vinyl clad windows. The size for both windows is 2850. He is in need of all hardware, handles, covers, locks, and operators. I was sent here from Ply Gem Windows.

Not sure what part numbers are correct to replace both right and left cranks Measurements are 5in between screws and 5in straight arm length, view is from inside home.

Arm marked 30866 and has 4.500: hole spacing, with 5.00" OAL. Base unit has 5" mounting hole spacing. Looks like the 39-188?

I previously ordered the Sash Dyad Crank, 5" but the crank was located on the right side and I need one located on the left side.

Can you tell me what the broken black part is called and if you have it to sell me. Please.
