Hello Swisco, I beleive the operator is the 39-188. Trying to identify the proper bottom hinge . This casement window opens 90? at the stop, the main track is 12" long x approx 3/4" wide (I had to ask the out of state homeowner to measure for me, hence the yellow ruler) Thank You, Frank S. ... Handel is ok but when opening the cover that the mechanism is in is not full attached to the window frame. Thank you

Have never used this window decided to open it up because I need to make a screen for it and it is broken The only part number I could get is US PAT 4505601

I ordered and received replacement parts. The parts were all correct. I forgot to order one part. It is the link bar connecting the crank assembly to the window. It is approx 3 inches long. The Dyad crank 5" operator #39-089 is a 5" hole on center and the arm is 5" . I need it with a 4 7/16 arm.
