Die cast handle broke. Realized the iperator is pretty rusty as well. Ant find anything like this. Would like to replace the handle and operator. Handle appears to be a rear mount. Sorry about the dirty window. Window is most likely 25+ years old.

Hello, Looking for a replacement of the attached photos. Left casement window. Cranks left to open and right to close. Two attachment holes are 5 inches apart. I believe the widow is a Harvey window dimensions approx. 20 inches wide and 40 inches long. Thanks in advance.

Five inch hole to hole mount, five inch arm. Number printed on old arm 30866. Standing inside house window unlocks on right. Not sure if part 39-089 or the one mentioned as similar w slightly diff shape zag...

Hi, Neither of my window cranks work on these windows. I'm looking to see if I can find replacement cranks for these windows.

I have older(over 10 years old) "Survivor" brand casement windows. With "truth" hardware the screws sheared that hold the lefthand (left side facing from inside house) crank to the frame. The plastic shoe on the right window bottom hinge is falling apart. I was thinking of replacing both sides crank ... (cont.)

My window has the below makings on the label. I have found on your website Sash Dyad Crank 39-187 and 39-188 Can you tell me if these are the correct replacements? NAMI NFRC 100 code- HII-280-1 spec-NFRC series-CLCASE mst- 280-M-006,7, 14,15 Cortilird HII-280 0.47-97

I have ordered 2 replacements and they have not fit. The window is likely 15+ years old. I may not be measuring it correctly. Any advice would be more appreciated. Thank you.

I need the hardware for this windows

I am looking to replace this operator. It appears similar to 39-188 except the arm measures 4.5 inches overall. You part number says it's 5" long. Do you have a replacement for what I have?

I need a replacement crank I think the product code is 39-188 and I need the replacement screws and a clip for the arm. Thanks for the help.
