there are no numbers or names on the oarts or the window. it does have pat #4595601. it also has #30614 and 30893 pat Canada 1986 uk pat#2135397. i need 2 right hand and 2 left hand casement kits. i also need one lock fo a right hand one but i couldnt load anymore pictures

Hello, I think I need two new crank handles and two latches for our casement windows. Unfortunately, I cannot find any markings but the windows are probably 30 years old. Would the 11/32" crank handle and Snap-on Lever Handle and Cover be appropriate? Thank you.

We need a crank bent arm that needs to be 3" rather than the 5" we purchased. Do you sell such an item? White or the rust/ copper color can work. Thanks for your help

Ipurchased a bay window in 1989!! and now the crank part works,BUT the thin vinyl piece that goes between the crank and the crank hardware snapped and I have to hold it in to close window...since it is so old, do not know manufacurer and the company I bought from, has gone out of business I think - ... I recently ordered part numbers 39-188 & 39-187 wanting to replace both crank handles in my daughters bedroom. Parts described have a total arm length of 5 inches. They are proper for a couple of my windows but the one needing to be replaced has a total arm length of approx 4-3/8" with the 5 inch ... (cont.)
