Republic windows installed early 2000's

I will need to return the 2 cranks i ordered they where wrong. 39-090 and 39-089 my windows do not close all the way.

I have a potential republic window. I am missing the part that attaches to the window. I do not need the handle. I will also need 4 gaskets. There are 3 screws attaching the gear mechanism to the window. The two screws are 5" apart.

I didn't see any markings. I will the kit for both the right and left sides.

This is a 5 inch crank mechanism but I'm not sure if which mechanism I need for my windows

I recently purchased a left and right Sash Dyad Crank, 5" (39-187 39-188) from you to replace the existing broken cranks. Both installed without any issues, however, the right window (as viewed from the inside) has a damaged track which I did not see when I purchased the cranks. I can't seem to f ... (cont.)

I cannot find these parts. There are no markings on the windows to identify who made them. The crank assembly is falling apart and the operating arms are stiff. I'm afraid the next time I use it will be the last time. The window frame width is 16" and the bottom track is 12".

HelloSorry for the poor quality pix but it was the best I could do.This window is approx. 22 X 32. It's a International Window casement type.I'm hoping for a top/bottom set. Regards, Harold

Looking for a Truth Dyad operator with a 4.5" arm. I have purchased the 39-187 & 39-188, and the 5" arm is not properly connecting. Can you think of any alternate solutions?
