Vinyl casement linkage has a black plastic slider that Goes back and forth on upper and lower rail 2 uppers 2 lowers need to be replaced Wether just plastic or entire linkage/ rail we are flipping This house and can't close until repaired In addition I found other dead cranks 39-188 and 39- 187 a ... Hi,Looking for the correct replacement for this Truth operator. Both bars measure 5", window opens to the right when viewed from inside.holes are 5" apart as well.Hope you can help,Thanks!Brad

See photos for measurements and markings. There were no other markings other than the words truth and an arrow. Any insight to what part this is would be great! As a guess these windows were installed in about 2008. Thanks!

I need the part numbers to order a left and right crank assembly color is bronze

No markings on the operator other than shown inside the housing. Housing 5.5 inch Arm from Housing 3.75 inch 2nd Arm to window is 4 7/16"

Cannot identify "truth" bar hinges. The operator is #39-188, vinyl casement window with multi- point locking system. I need to replace the hinge assy. on sill and head of sash. See last picture. Notice there is a screw on the left side but not on the right? The missing screw on right cannnot secure the crank assembly. It went thru the assembly hole . Not sure if it's part of the bay window or assembly crank. Can you find a replacement part.? What is the cost? ... (cont.)

The sash Dyad cranks 5" 39-187 & 39-188 are an almost perfect match for my hardware including the 5" hole dimension. how ever the 5" arm length is a 1/2" to long, my crank has an arm dimension of 4 1/2". do you think it could work or will I have to drill another hole & trim it down? ... (cont.)
