Looking exactly fit handle and do not have part as described in your website, so need assistance how to select correct part. I took small video but can't post it due not accepting on your website due to file size restriction. Please advise, thanks.

When we moved in, the crank was missing. Don't know if I just need the handle or other missing pieces. I can open and close the window using a vice.

I also have many window cranks labeled 2108 for Anderson windows that have broke. I've attached photos. I'm in need of replacements but am having a hard time finding them. The plastic piece in the handle has broken off as well on most windows. Thank you,Kim

Window opener crank to open and close

Hardware has the brand name "Entry Gard Truth", with several numbers that can be found including: 20810 and 45179. I have many windows in my house with this style crank. Nearly all have plastic covers that are cracked. I have 2 windows which will open by crank but not close. When I turn it in the ... (cont.)
