i need one replacement window crank handle for a Jen Weld window installed about 4 years ago. It s a light gray and had the number 2119 R1 inside. The photos show a completed unit and the unit without the handle. I need just the handle.

We need the following: The piece that goes in the hole that the crank handle attaches two. 1 plate that goes on the window. 4 cranks

before I start replacing the hinges with products from your company, I was hopeful you would guide me on how to adjust the crestline casement window. Left arm is stamped truth 40011, right arm 40012. Looks like I will have to remove the wood over the mechanism to access the screws mounting the mechanism to the sill. Looking at product code 39-348. Is that correct? Will I also need the operator cover 39-107?

My window crank, which appears to be die-cast metal, has broken off on one side and I can no longer use the crank. It has a squarish adapter on the crank mechanism which is making it impossible to find a replacement. Not sure where to turn next. Please help.

Crank threads are stripped, window opens but can't close by crank. Hoping to go through and replace all in house. Windows ordered by previous homeowners so don't know anything more.

We do not see any numbers, etc but we can turn the knob but nothing happens...seems everything is stripped. Would we be able to get something to fix this. Thanks.

I have a Truth window in bathroom with left and right crank arms. Image4 reflects rusted lower arm. The crank arm also not functional as it turns without the window opening or closing. Hello, I have six casement windows (three right, three left) that have problems with the operators.
