Hi! The window in question was installed in 2006 - 2007. It won't close fully, leaving a .5 inch gap at the open side. Manually cranking doesn't help. If I pull on the frame by hand then I can close the window shut and the hand crank still doesn't budge. It seems to me I may need to replace the cran ... (cont.)

Hi I have these windows and they crank open. One of the windows arms that pulls and pushes the window that's attached to the window snap. Hello! I am looking for replacement hinges and handles for this window. We can't find any identifying markings and have been to a few window stores to try and figure it out - without any luck. I would be willing to try a few different parts or clever engineering!

Photo 1690 shows the overall mechanism, with the broken part running to the corner of the window. The part attaches to the operator on the right side and the underside of the window on the left.
