I need to know what kind of handle to get to replace the missing one.

This is an old Milgard fiberglass casement and looking for a t-handle that fits this particualr spindle.

I need to replace a broken crank. I am not sure if it is right or left hand handle. Milgard part numbers are for right hand HL0201WH and for left hand HL 0200WH. Hi. Please direct ne to the correct replacement part. The balance shoe on one side is definitely broken and I am happy to replace both.
