Hi, this window will not fully close without someone pushing the window on the outside. There is a small piece of the linage broken, it looks like it is supposed to snap on to a small head but it is worn away and won't stay clipped on. I need these cranks. I ordered the wrong ones 39-232. It's a hex nut under the handle. There's a plastic cap then a spring underneath then a heat nut instead of a spline.
