Hi, I have tried two different cranks and neither works, adding a couple of photos Just needs to fit the 5/16 hex nut , not concerned bout folding , it says Milgard windows if that matters Thanks

Hey folks, I installed this right hand opening casement window in 2001 for a client. A little bitty attachment piece on the window where one winder strut attaches done broke. (Windy place) I kinda assume I'll need an entirely new winder, but not sure if where it attaches and where it broke would be ... (cont.)

There are no company designation on the pieces. There is an "A" and "B" on the arms for LH/RH. The hinge point/pivot on the bottom of the window is unusual, it has mating parts that can be adjusted left and right on sliding/serrated surfaces. Any help would be great. looking for a roto folding crank handle like 39-232 but instead of 11/32" spline i would need a 5/16" spline

In need of replacements.

This window crank feels like it's about to break and I'd like have a spare in case it does. To open the window, I need to lightly push the window while I crank CCW rather hard. But I can close the window when I crank CW with moderate force. I can see ROTO engraved on it but no other writing. Do ... (cont.)

I need a handle (old one is stripped) for a casement window. I have a 5/16ths ratchet fitting that fits perfectly. I bought a handle with 5/16ths bore and it would not fit.
