I bought a condo in Florida a few months ago. Windows were installed 1970.Operator cranks are breaking - can't crank open window. Would need three left hand cranks and four right hand cranks. Do you have replacements - hopefully so - wasn't planning on replacing my windows until a few years from now ... (cont.)

i believe the 39-432 Tucker Awning Window operator might work but trying to get further confirmation. Measurements seem to fit.

1500-11 is inscribed inside the handle . I was told by someone that would be the 39 Dash 278 which I ordered but when I got it the holes did not match up and it was the wrong color. On your website it seems a customer was happy with your 39-025. This took me to 39-259. Would you be able to tell me if there is any difference between them except color. Older windows located in Florida house, house built in the 60's. Cranks have 3 holes; one on top, off centered, one on the side on left and one on the bottom on the right. We need right ones 7 left ones since they are breaking now & then. Code on inside of the arm 7-99?? Hard to see. ... (cont.)

The torque arm measurements are: 52 1/2" long , and the arms on each end are approximately 3 1/4" & 4 1/4" from the centerline of the torque shaft to the center of each of the 2 pins on the arm. Can you identify this window operator and provide price and availability? (2 photos below) I looked through your online catalog but couldn't find an operator where the lower mounting holes were offset. If I missed showing any dimension you need let me know.
