Hello. I need two of these cranks. A right and a left. And 5 crank handles. Unless the new cranks come with handles. I'll need three.

Looking for window crank operator replacements.

I have (7) commercial aluminum windows with most having disfunctional operators. The windows are from 1988. Seeking to replace all operators and need assistance in ID'ing. I had ordered a 39-028E, 39-533 and 39-114L. Obviously the 39-028E is the wrong style. Regards, Tom

Hi there, the window operator seems broken. It won't close the window anymore, it only works from full opened to a 90% closed, and then the cranking doesn't do anything anymore. Which model do I need ? The arm measures 9 inches. The lenght from top mounting hole to the bottom hole is 5. 25 inches it ... (cont.)

Just those letters, M and RThis looks exactly like your Window Crank Operator 39-002.

My windows were installed in 1935. There is a stamp that says GETTY - PHILA PA - PATENT PENDING. The arm is 10" from the center of the crank to the button near the end. The screw holes (that go through the frame of the window) are 4" apart. I may also need to replace the track.

Looking to replace this casement operator (including crank); originally installed about 18 years ago. Length of base piece that includes four screw holds (two on each end) is 5 1/4", width is 9/16".
