Will your Encore Truth foldable crank with cover work with my Hurd casement windows? The arms are labeled Wright. Are the cranks universal?

Hello I have a double crank window and the right pane is no longer working correctly. I am able to open the window but the crank mechanism is no longer working to close the window. Could you help me identify the part(s) I need? Thanks, -Mike

Entry guard window operator for crestline window numbers included are 20810 on the straight arm on the curved arm it's 30841L appears to be the operating arm is about 9 in long

I have casement windows, circa 1982-84, that have cranks that have failed. I need both left and rights. From what I have found, US patent number 4.241.541 1982 and on the short arm is etched number 31538. Long arm is approx 9 1/2" and short arm approx 3 1/2" to swivel then 4"

I have 2 windows that won't crank open. The window dimension is 32 x 44. One crank part has a number 30744D. One of the rails has number 40942. I've attached some pics.

Since the mechanism isn't cranking window in and out anymore, I am assuming I need the gear assembly. Or what is best for longevity.

Two windows that open from the left as you face them have roller wheels that come out of track. A) metal track at base of window is 11" and Truth & a house icon is on the track (see pic); B). Hello,From checking your site I believe the sash locks replacement would be 38-097 LH and 38-098 RH with new keepers 38-079.However, for the window operators (which I confirm is 9-1/2") seem like 39-027E and 39-028E just not 100% due to the fact the cut sheet on the Ellipse does not show the width o ... The original is the operator stamped townside is the original, on the opposite it is stamped 'entry guard truth 40754'. The operator is the one I ordered as a replacement. Everything works well with this operator except that the ending of the arm is not the same bushing. Is this something that ... (cont.)
